Friday 11 May: Human Rights Film Festival at the Paramount: Wine & nibbles followed by CARLA’S LIST which tells the story of United Nations prosecutor Carla Del Ponte and her pursuit of those accused of crimes against humanity in the former Yugoslavia
Wednesday 16 May: Wine, nibbles & viewing the exhibitions at TheNewDowse Art Gallery in Lower Hutt
Monday 28 May: AGM and dinner at the Wellesley Club with guest speaker Justice Glazebrook who will speak about her work with the Asia Pacific Forum’s Advisory Council of Jurists
20 & 21 July: WWLA’s 20th Anniversary, on Friday 20 July (the actual anniversary of incorporation of the Association) a cocktails function at the Court of Appeal lobby for members, past members and members of other WLAs only and on Saturday 21 July a formal dinner at Shed 5 for members, partners and other supporters
Wednesday 22 August: Mish McCormack of Mish Fitness spoke about fitting fitness and well-being into a busy work life at Minter Ellison Rudd Watts
